By booking an appointment with Vidyadarshini IAS Academy for VidSAT and scholarship-related counseling, the candidate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Appointment Purpose The appointment is intended to provide candidates with information and guidance regarding VidSAT tests, eligibility, scholarship opportunities, courses, and the admission process.
VidSAT Requirement Candidates seeking a scholarship must appear for the applicable VidSAT test—VidSAT LT for Long Term Coaching (After Graduation), VidSAT INTE for those who are in their 10th Standard, or VidSAT GRAD for those who are studying Graduation, as per their eligibility.
Appointment Confirmation Submitting an appointment request does not automatically guarantee a confirmed appointment. The appointment will be considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Vidyadarshini IAS Academy through mail or call.
Accurate Information Candidates must provide correct and complete information while booking the appointment. Any discrepancy in the information or documents submitted may affect eligibility for the scholarship or admission.
Documents Candidates may be required to produce original academic certificates, identity proof, and other relevant documents for verification during counseling or admission.
Scholarship Eligibility Scholarship benefits are subject to the candidate's eligibility, VidSAT performance, applicable scholarship rules, document verification, and the terms announced by the Academy. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a scholarship.
Rescheduling or Cancellation Candidates who are unable to attend their scheduled appointment should inform the Academy in advance. The Academy may provide an alternative appointment slot, subject to availability or cancel if slots are unavailable..
Punctuality Candidates are expected to report 15 minutes before the scheduled time on the scheduled date.. Late arrival may result in rescheduling of the appointment. or cancellation.
Admission and Scholarship Policies Scholarship and admission decisions will be made in accordance with the Academy's applicable rules and eligibility criteria. The Academy reserves the right to verify documents and determine eligibility.
Communication By submitting an appointment request, the candidate agrees to be contacted by Vidyadarshini IAS Academy through phone, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or email regarding the appointment, VidSAT, scholarship, and admission process.
Changes to Appointments Vidyadarshini IAS Academy reserves the right to modify or reschedule an appointment due to administrative, academic, or unforeseen circumstances. Candidates will be informed of any such changes.
