Terms & Conditions – Admission Counselling Appointment

By booking an appointment with Vidyadarshini IAS Academy for Admission Counselling, the candidate agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Purpose of Counselling
   The appointment is intended to help candidates and parents understand the available courses, eligibility criteria, academic structure, fee details, scholarships, batch schedules, and admission procedures.

2. Appointment Request
   Submitting the appointment form is a request for counselling and does not automatically confirm the appointment. The appointment will be confirmed by the Academy through the registered contact details.

3. Accurate Information
   Candidates must provide accurate and complete information while booking the appointment. Incorrect or misleading information may affect counselling, eligibility, or admission.

4. Eligibility Verification
   Admission is subject to the candidate meeting the eligibility requirements of the selected course. The Academy may verify academic records and other relevant documents before confirming admission.

5. Documents Required
   Candidates may be required to bring original academic certificates, mark sheets, identity proof, photographs, transfer certificates, and other documents applicable to the selected programme.

6. Course Selection
   The counselling session will help candidates select a suitable programme based on their academic background, eligibility, career goals, and available courses. Final course allocation is subject to Academy policies and seat availability.

7. Admission Confirmation
   Booking an admission counselling appointment does not guarantee admission or reservation of a seat. Admission will be confirmed only after completion of the required admission formalities and payment of applicable fees.

8. Fees and Payments
   Course fees, registration charges, and other applicable payments will be communicated during the admission process. Candidates are advised to obtain and review the applicable fee details before making any payment.

9. Scholarship Benefits
   Where applicable, scholarships are subject to the candidate's eligibility, VidSAT performance, document verification, and the Academy's scholarship rules. Counselling appointment booking does not guarantee a scholarship.

10. Appointment Rescheduling
    Candidates who are unable to attend their scheduled appointment should inform the Academy in advance. Rescheduling will be subject to the availability of alternative slots.

11. Punctuality
    Candidates are requested to attend the counselling session at the scheduled date and time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

12. Communication Consent
    By submitting the appointment form, the candidate agrees to be contacted by Vidyadarshini IAS Academy through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding the appointment, counselling, courses, admissions, and related information.

13. Changes to Appointment
    The Academy reserves the right to modify or reschedule an appointment due to administrative, academic, or unforeseen circumstances. Candidates will be informed of any significant changes.

14. Acceptance of Terms
    By clicking “Book Appointment” or submitting the appointment form, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
